This is such a great reminder. For example, I had a boss who always made fun of the way I dress (to my face) in a teasing manner. I never let it bother me or make me change the way I dress, I like the way I dress, it is an extension of who I am. I understood that she was very unhappy with her life, aging, and things she couldn't change. To make herself feel better, she teased me. That doesn't make it okay, but sometimes you have to put things into perspective. It's not you they have a problem with, it's themselves. Be you, and be happy. :)
