My friend Teresa took these when we had a girls day out for coffee a few weeks ago. I'm always the one taking the pictures, so it was nice to be in a few with her for once. Amelia's nose is red from allergies :( poor girl.

Handmade Fav: My Kawaii Phone

For a while now I've wanted a decoden case for my phone, but all the ones I found were super expensive. I entertained the idea of making my own, but got overwhelmed with all the different cabochons and also the time it would take to glue all the pieces on. I stumbled across My Kawaii Phone on Etsy, who not only had  great prices but does custom cases. She has a new online shop on Storenvy where she sells her cases, and now uses her Etsy to sell cute cabochon sets.

I ordered a custom case, (pictured above) and was so excited to get it! She has awesome customer service and fast delivery! She also makes cases for other devices! Sometimes I go out with my Hello Kitty ears on.

Sometimes I wear this awesome bright Lisa Turtle-esq panda sweater.

The Halloween Party I Wish I Was Invited To

This morning I am drinking tea and going through my Reader, catching up on the blog-o-sphere, when I come across this post from Haute Whimsy about Kate Nash's Halloween Party. Now as a huge fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and particularly the musical episode, Once More With Feeling (my old blog was named after it), I am floored by the awesome theme of her party!

I wish I was invited in all my 8 month pregnant glory to see Kate Nash dressed as Buffy and rock out with everyone else!
